I started my project at Helmholtz Zentrum München in April this year, and recently joined DINI. I like the work that has been done and want to continue with it.

In all of my past educational stations, I have been part of associations similar to DINI and found it very enriching. I want new doctoral researchers to feel welcome, help them with questions around bureaucracy, and help them meet people by organizing events.

Furthermore, I hope that from the survey conducted this year we can draw conclusions and help improve the working conditions for all of us.

I am looking forward to meet many of my fellow doctoral students and hear their concerns and wishes.
